How can I track my order?
By email - Once your order has left our warehouse we will send you an email with a link to TRACK PACKAGE. This link will take you to the courier website which can be checked for updates from leaving our depot to arriving on your doorstep!
By text message - If you have provided us with a mobile number when ordering, you will also receive a text from our couriers with your tracking information and a handy 1 hour delivery window, so you don't have to wait in all day!
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed an order?
We understand sometimes things change and we are always happy to help with any order amendments. If you wish to change the delivery address please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
If your order has not yet left our warehouse we will be able update your request.
If your order has already left our warehouse we will discuss options with you as a change to the address may cause delay to your goods and also incur a charge.
How will my order be delivered?
Your drinks will be delivered by various couriers. (DHL,FED-EX,DPD,RM AND PARCELFORCE)
If you place a large order it may be necessary for us to deliver by pallet. If this is the case we will endeavour to contact you in advance to let you know and check for any restrictions.
What to expect on the day of delivery?
On your delivery day we will send you an email explaining how to track your parcel and letting you know when it will be delivered.
Packages will require a signature. Our orders are dispatched with various couriers, who will send you a 1 hour delivery window by text or email
AGE VERIFICATION
Our carriers may follow 'Challenge 25' procedures and if they are in doubt the recipient is not of legal age to accept the delivery, then they will return the goods back to our warehouse. Do ensure you have valid identification available to accept deliveries.
What happens in the event of a delay?
We use Various couriers, who we find to offer an excellent service. In all cases delivery times are expected but not guaranteed.

Busy periods - Busy seasonal periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday & Cyber Monday) and weather conditions (such as heavy snow) can occasionally impact delivery times. These delays are outside our control and while we cannot accept responsibility for any delivery issues in these circumstances, we will assist in any way we can.
Incorrect address information - Please double check address details when ordering as we cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues due to incorrect information entered. If you find you have entered details incorrectly please contact us as quickly as possible and we will do our best to resolve. Any costs incurred due to the correction of address details however, will be chargeable.
I'm not going to be home. Can I get my parcel delivered to a 'safe place'?
In this event we can NOT leave any parcels safe due to the nature of our products. The courier will attempt to deliver 2 more times. if unsuccessful the parcel will be returned to us and we will issue a refund.
Do you deliver to 'Parcel Drop' or 'Collection Centre' addresses?
We do not deliver to parcel drop or collections centres. due to the nature of our products recipients will need to be verified.
